Epic Luton Parent Carer Forum
EPIC Luton Parent Carer Forum is a local non-profit organisation that supports parent carers of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Luton. They offer a space for parent carers to connect, share their experiences, and access essential resources. They also assist parents and carers in navigating the complexities of SEND by providing signposting, opportunities to engage with professionals, and offering peer support through a variety of events, workshops, and social activities.
No formal diagnosis is required to join EPIC.
Ask the Experts Sessions:
These drop-in sessions are designed to have a wide range of expertise under one roof, allowing you to:
- converse with the prospective partners asking for advice and guidance
- discuss any concerns you may have around support for your child
- give any constructive feedback to improve local services
EPIC Chai
Upcoming relaxed, free coffee/tea sessions for some 'Chit Chat Chai'. You are welcome to stay as little or as long as you would like. It is an opportunity to:
- meet members of the EPIC team - all of whom are parent carers themselves
- share feedback on your experiences of local provisions and services your child/young person accesses
- receive signposting information about local organisations
EPIC Family Support Group
For registered parents/carers only in the Luton Borough. A sage place to share your views, ideas, information and support one another. Feel free to join and invite other parents/carers to join too.
