Autism Reality Experience

An immersive sensory training for greater understanding and empathy.
The Autism Reality Experience is a practical workshop that helps people understand what life can feel like for autistic individuals. Participants take part in a sensory simulation that recreates challenges such as overload, distorted sounds and visual confusion, followed by guided reflection.
This is a sensory experience, not a full simulation of autism. It aims to build empathy and awareness rather than represent every autistic person's experience.
